  Mr. Greg was very helpful in taking me through the loan process. He was very patient and ensured I got the best service I could receive here. Very helpful staff. Ms. Randall offered me water.   Received a call for an application of a loan put in online and I felt like I was speaking with a child in a day care only to find out that I was supposedly speaking with the manager at the time. TOTALLY unprofessional and obviously not trained or qualified to deal with business transactions. Corporate needs to really evaluate who they put in their business establishments especially in any kind of leadership roll.

  Huge waste of time. I was offered a lower interest rate then what they had when I went in to sign for the loan. They still tried to pitch their sales game on me and talk me into the higher interest rate. I only went with them because of the lower interest rate. They lied about their hours and I left work early to go there before 5:30. But they told someone else they were open until 7:30 while I was sitting there. They totally tried to bait and switch me on this transaction, I left and requested they close the application out. Go with a real bank, not this scam.
