      Please whatever you do, do not bank with Truist. They do not follow through on their commitments and will waste what free time you do have — stick to literally any other financial institution.

      What happened with this bank?You know how you may talk to someone and it feels like they don't care? Well, unfortunately that's how it felt today speaking with Ms.Troutman who is a Veteran at this branch location.(Needing to break for lunch shouldn't impede the customer in front of you). Then after being in this bank for more than 45 minutes, I was told the restroom is not for the public. Wait, what...I'm a client/customer! The bright light that achieved "2 Stars"... the guy behind the counter, a former Shift Manager for Starbucks and his supervisor who waived the $8 official check fee which came only after I said, then I'll take cash!

      Always The worst experience is in this bank … don’t know why BB&T had to turn into Truist.. hate you guys .. will be closing my account and my business with them asap …

      It’s been 20-25 minute waits at SunTrusts/Truists for like two years now. Don’t try it during your lunch break!

      Suntrust has gone above and beyond, as our Business Banker to help our business stay liquid during Covid and the challenges experienced in a severe recession market. They provided extensive support and extensions of credit lines to provide the funding we needed as a WBE to keep going and stay in the game. Brandon, the Branch Manager helped out several times, no questions asked and took quick action. They have been with us since the beginning of our company, and we know they are our partner for the long haul.

      Completely incompetent!!!!!!!!!!! They refused access to my account. My debit card broke. Cs said they sent a replacement and canceled mine. When I called they said it was returned. 2 months later I still have to go to the bank for my money. Refused to give me new expiration date or new card. My car ins was canceled. Moving everything to the Credit Union. I have never seen such incompetence and lies.

      I've had 3 experiences where I've come in due to my account funds being withheld from my account. The first time I got someone who didn't know what they were doing and made me deposit my check instead of cashing it. (I asked twice to cash it). That check was held for 9 days! And when it was finally let go they hit me with so many fees that both of my accounts were in the negative. (It's may first and they are still working on that issue) the second time was the same and the third time, I had a rude lady helping me who refused to let me talk and refused to understand that I didn't want to deposit my check I simply wanted to cash it. She was loud and didn't care what I had to say. I'm closing both of my accounts and taking my business else where. Worst experience ever with them and it will be my last.

      Very disappointed with the service at this bank, they don’t have enough employees to avoid long wait times unless you’re going to a teller for a simple transaction. I waited for an hour with my toddler, and only one person had the authority to help me, and she was busy the entire time with an angry customer. The employees are nice but, they’re short staffed.

      Awful customer service. They have bathrooms but they won’t allow customers to use them and say it’s for “employees only”. Teller ignored me for over 15 mins as I stood there in line.
