  Worked with Lee on a first-time home purchase. The team went above and beyond to get the financing done when we got an offer accepted to hit a closing date in about 2 weeks. At closing, the attorney said we'd gotten one of the lowest rates he'd seen at the time. Was surprised when agents recommended going local vs. a national lender, but after this experience, ASMC would be the first place I call next time I'm in the market!
