Abber Knott1Manager couldn't careless about there clients and pushed you off bc he is too busy. I left and went to a Kenilworth Truist And was taken care of immediately. Got paperwork done and he actually wanted to help. Thank you Daniel. The York rd manager should be fired. AWFUL

Liza Miller1Highly recommend this location*** :) Just went here for what I thought would be a fairly complicated thing (changing the name on my account). Not only was it simple and efficient, but the two women who helped me were so friendly and lovely to talk to! ***Edit in 2022: Once SunTrust/BBT became Truist, I found it impossible to use their services and ended up closing my accounts there. This could be because I don't live near a physical location so I had to rely on their customer service by phone. SunTrust always had fast and helpful customer service. With Truist, I always had to wait on hold for at least an hour and while the reps were very friendly, they didn't actually have the power/access to help me with any of my requests.

rstratton451BAD experience!!!!! I opened up a new (business) account and ordered checks for this account. I paid almost $300 for, what they call "Next Day Shipment"... I get it, you give time for production and another day for shipping but my checks took a while week! Dont think the personnel at this branch knows the procedures to ordering checks and if they do, they just dont care about clients!

William Andrew Perry1Opened account at bank then 2 days later they close account without giving a reason why. Talked to serveral other high level people who are friends that work in other banks and they never heard of such bs. SunTrust is awful bank and will just waste your time. The woman who I work with was great and should work for a normal bank but don’t go near SunTrust.

Stephen Shepard2Poorly trained employees and not business-friendly! Tried to open a new business account here but left because the employee took forever, didn't seem to know what he was doing, and said they did not have a manager. Also, this financial institution's fees are high and unjustified.
