So frustrated by this branch location. Really debating on withdrawing everything and going to another bank network. Clearly they do not understand customer service or thier own policies. Have had me go there over 3 times in less than a week trying to complete one transaction. Every time i am told a different thing. I have had this account for over 20 years. I am done. So disappointed.

Waited in the drive thru with one person at the window for 25 mins, pulled around finally went inside and waited for another 25 mins to make one deposit. This happens all the time, it’s ridiculous. There are 4 tellers working and only two customers inside. Really a waste of customers time, there is no sense of urgency for your customers. Seriously ludicrous

This bank tries hard to make simple transactions difficult, not possible or a pain in the @ss. It’s so bad the company I work for is leaving after 20 years and taking their $6.5M in deposits a year to another bank. So Sorry Suntrust (they really are sorry). Might want to get back to the basics and take care of your customers before anymore leave.

I stood in a three person line for an hour while there were several employees walking around not attending to the customers.

Went to get a notary. They wouldn't do it because I'm personally not their customer, but my dad and uncle are their customers and we're on the paper I needed to sign as well, but they live in a different town. Said they could not do it because they had to be there. I called before and asked if they had one, they said yes. They need to specify it's just for their customers I wouldn't have wasted my time. The suntrust I went to before had no issues helping me and just watching me sign a piece of paper and put a stamp on it.

Absolutely rediculous the bank closes 3-4 days before the hurricane was even expected to landfall. Even though we knew 2 days before it shifted down the coast and the bank stayed closed. Mind you our hurricane experience was light rain and the branches decided to close for the week. Inconvenience to your customers.

The only bank I've ever dealt with that CONSISTENTLY LOSES MY MONEY. Literally. Watch your account(s) closely. Once you close a debit card, they "forget" it was associated with your bank account. Then good luck getting that money back on any refunds or credits to that card. I'm about 50/50 on funds credited. My advice go to the CFPB for assistance or your refunds to that old card will be 0%. This bank is completely outrageous with keeping my money and playing forgetsees and acting like this is not a known issue EVERY SINGLE TIME. They aren't even my bank anymore and I'm STILL at it again playing find the money. Almost a buck fifty this time. Super! Then there's this peach of a branch. Lazy, rude, useless. The person "helping" me constantly was addressing other people throughout my time with her, she only half listened to anything I was saying. Literally yelling at times across the room at other people. She made it obvious she wanted to be doing ANYTHING else but help me. She rolled her eyes and told me to call customer service. I had already done that and asked if she could call on my behalf while I was there. She acted like I just punched a baby right in front of her, her baby. She also had the same problem I have with that department. She could not understand their accent either. Like at all. Wherever they farm that department out to, they should reconsider that decision. If her tone could have killed the agent, they definitely would have been dead. She was so rude, I was honestly embarrassed to even be a witness to any of this. Wow. Seriously. Really bad. Clearly She did not want to do anything to help whatsoever. She seemed extremely annoyed and tried to brush me off in every OTHER direction. If she had spent half of that energy actually HELPING ME, I would have gotten out of there much more quickly. Example: go call customer service, go get your money from the teller. Basically keep it movin, I've got way better things going on, and I'm going to keep letting you know it the entire time you're sitting here. After the call, when she finally paid attention to what I was there for and what actually was going on (15-20 minutes into the session) immediately she was able to answer me. What a complete waste of time. Another amazing Suntrust experience. High five guys. Super awesome! Manager is a major d bag too. They're all useless.

Horrible service !!!! Just waited in line for 15 mins to cash a check in drive thru then refused to take me at drive thru and charges me to cash her own banks check.... I not only do this every where else w zero problems and faster service... But i wouldn't advise anyone to open an account w a business that puts policy over service....
