  I had the pleasure if working with Sarah Hebb from Atlantic Bay Mortgage for my first time home buying experience. Overall Sarah and her team were professional, personable and efficient. From beginning to end the experience was smooth and stress free. All questions were answered clearly and concisely. In addition, I appreciated the responsiveness from the Atlantic Bay Mortgage team.

  The team my husband and I worked with for our home mortgage was so unorganized and unhelpful that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I've given them 3 stars because yeah, we successfully bought a home with a loan from them and they're definitely a real company that does stuff. But asking anything beyond what's written in their colorful, tacky email templates resulted in confusing, poorly written emails that, upon decoding, offered little help. My husband asked how to pay our mortgage, was told it should be in the paperwork we received at our walkthrough, he said it wasn't, was then told it would be in our closing documents and that she'd find it for him, then a bit later came back with atlatnicbay.myloancare.com. Imagine working for Walmart and making a customer wait while you found the address walmart.com.

  We worked with Tony on the purchase of our home and had a wonderful experience! Tony helped us get pre-approved, showed us exactly what our payments would be each month, and answered any and all questions! Because of Tony and his team, we were able to close in just 23 days!   I just purchased my first home with Atlantic Bay. I cant give enough praise for Mike Startare who guided us through every inch of the way ensuring we got the best deals, he gave his professional opinion on everything and understands every circumstance and gives you the best options, he was able to work around my schedule and working in his own time to get things done in a smooth and timely manner. Yvonne the transaction coordinator was excellent as well and always in touch. I felt I knew where we were in the process every step of the way and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy as either a first time or not these are the guys for you!

  Atlantic Bay Mortgage has been so helpful with my home-buying process. I truly appreciate the care that Ann Arnesen took in helping me understand the ins and outs of purchasing my first home. She was open to exploring options and communicating with my dad, to support him with supporting me, during the process. Heather Holloway and Ann Arnesen were both very responsive and ensured that I didn't feel silly, even if I asked a million questions. I am so happy to have gone through Atlantic Bay Mortgage.   I cannot recommend Grace Pascucci and her team highly enough! As a newly single mother negotiating a re-titling and re-financing of my home, this process was daunting to me until I met Grace (who was highly recommended to me by someone else!). She excelled in her job as well as supporting me with prompt responses to any of my questions. I always felt “in the loop,” and the process was very smooth. I will definitely refer anyone I meet who has mortgage needs to her!!
