  If you are looking for a mortgage I cannot recommend Atlantic Bay enough. My loan officer Dan Baxley and his processor Janice were some of the most professional and hardworking people I have met. They went out of their way from the beginning to make sure that I had all I needed and understood every part of the process. Mortgages are incredibly confusing, and after going through this process with Dan Baxley and his team I would not work for our any other.

  Dan was absolutely amazing. Cliche as it sounds but Dan really is the man! He was prompt, knowledgeable, super friendly and a breeze to work with. He acted like he was only working for me and kept me up to date on the process and his concerns for me. I couldn’t recommend him any higher. Bravo, sir!

  Dan is literally the best there is. He made the process super easy, he kept in touch with us through the entire thing, and his personal touches (ie: videos phone calls) is unrivaled. Honestly if I ever buy another house. Dan will be my second phone call right after the realtor. Home buying process can be a huge stressor but with Dan I felt alot less stress. Thanks Dan you're the best.

  Dan was absolutely amazing throughout our entire process of buying a home in a different state. We interviewed three different people via phone. Dan went above and beyond by sending videos of himself throughout our process to make it more personal! To top it off, he even came to our closing! Dan will definitely be our go to whenever we buy again!

  Can’t say enough great things about Dan. He took an extremely daunting process for a couple who hasn’t bought a house in 25 years and made it not just easy and understandable, but actually pleasurable. We significantly appreciate the personal touch he brings (love the video messages), the attention he payed, and the fact that he somehow managed to alleviate the significant anxiety that can come with buying a dream home. As the guy who was the primary on the loan but on travel the entire buying/closing process, he couldn’t have made my life easier. Most importantly, we came to trust him implicitly in this process, and I would follow any of his advice without hesitation. Not because I don’t know what I’m doing, but because I came to trust him that much. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Dan and can’t recommend him strong enough.

  Dan is by far the most dedicated lender I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He worked with me for an entire year to get me where I needed to be to purchase, stood by me through the entire process and even came to my closing in-person! He genuinely loves what he does and cares about his clients. Definitely go to this guy for your lending needs!

  My experience with Atlantic Bay Mortgage especially having Dan Baxley as our lender has been nothing short than amazing, As nervous First time homebuyers there were times it seemed stressful, but Dan and his team made the process from day one to closing day so smooth and we will always appreciate the hardwork and dedication! Dan always made sure we were updated between video messages emails or texts and his encouraging words through it all helped so much! I really couldn't have asked for a better lender and would recommend Atlantic Bay any day!

  Never in the dark. Buying a home can be one of life’s joyous but most stressful occasions. Dan definitely made the joy outweigh the stress. I always knew exactly where I was in the loan process.   Daniel was amazing with our re-finance! He was extremely knowledgeable and even sent video messages to explain some things when our loan changed a bit. I was thankful for all the text updates. He worked quickly to get us the best rate before the rates went up. We are so happy to have gone through the process with him!
