  I opened an account here two years ago. Since then I have always been a small depositor. I mostly opened the account because my pay checks are drawn on this bank and doing so saved me money. Despite rarely having more than a few hundred dollars in the account at any time, they have treated me like I was their biggest depositor every single time. They are the nicest people. They bend over backwards to help you whenever they can. I don't think I have ever waited more than about two minutes in line and most of the time I can just walk right up to a teller without any lines at all. This is by far the best bank I have ever done business with since 1976.

  Very poor service. The drive thru failed to open on time today (Oct 30th 2019). The bank door, drive thru window, and website all state 830am for the drive thru and 9am for the lobby. Yet the drive thru opened at 9am (with the lobby). The teller was frazzled and rude. It took a very long time to make a cash deposit. I truly hope this doesn't continue at this branch, otherwise I will be forced to change banks.

  Jaclyn helped me out with closing an account, transferring funds, and answered all questions I had regarding my checks. She was very very helpful and sweet. Amazing customer service :)

  The service here is very poor!!! They are rude and they made my sister feel small saying her check was fake whispering very rude!! Just know if I was their this definitely wouldn’t of happened!! She came in to cash her check! Do not come to this bank!!

  Very friendly and professional staff. By my second visit they were greeted me by name as I walked through the door. Top notch.

  Jaqullene at the missiour ave bbnt is rude and nasty long with the other the other staff , they have been here for many years but need to treat people with respect . Don't go to jaqullene she will smile in your face and roll her eyes when you turn around

  Went through drive thru service there is very bad. I wish I never got my home loan with BB and T or a checking account or a savings health account.I don't like bad service where I bank at
