      I have been a bbt member for 10 years, being in law enforcement I have moved around quite a bit. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life.The teller acted as if I was bothering her, when I was telling her that the atm shorted me money. She then explains it happens all the time. I looked around and realized I was one of many. A teller should not judge a book by its cover acting like she better than anyone. A week later I still do not have my money and I have a letter stating the transaction is valid!?!? Of course its valid I was there! It's sad that customers are treated this way, I say farewell after 10 years!

      I operate a local business and bank with this branch. I got yelled at last time I came to get change for the store and told that I need to call ahead from now on. But when I call I get placed on hold for an hour or hung up on, if they even answer at all. Is this how BB&T services their members?

      IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NEGITIVE STARS!!!!WORST BANKING EXPERENCE EVER!!! HAD A NEW ACCOUNT. THE CHECK I DEPOSITED TRUNED OUT TO BE FRAUDULENT ( I HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING THIS). I UNDERSTAND FEES FOR THR RETURNED CHECK HOWEVER THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT (THEIR COMPUTER MADE THIS DECISION) AFTER SPEACKING WITH THE BRANCH IN ROCKY MT I CAN PAY THE FEES AND THEY DONT KNOW IF MY ACCOUNT WILL BE OPENED BACK UP! WHAT A WAY TO TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS!! BANKING SOMEWHERE ELSE!

      They do not stand behind their customers! I had a merchant who committed fraudulent activity, I reported it immediately, nothing was done. I closed my account of 11 years.
