  This branch is closed..as is the one downtown..also the one at presidential circle .in actual presidential circle building is now the new location saw a sign...the former bbt branch was outside the circle so to speak not in the actual building..anyway no way of informing Google?..used to be able to

  I arrived 5.30 pm and it was closed, when they claim the close at 6.00 pm. Get your Opening hours right and don’t waste peoples time.

  Compared to other banks I have accounts with, BBT really has failed to to offer any kind of customer service. It’s late in the pandemic and it’s as if they are operating at 10%. Lobby is still closed and drive through is pitifully slow. One teller, Come on BBT u can do better

  Had a 2:30 p.m. appointment on Friday afternoon at BB&T to make a minor change to a business account. Was still there at 4 pm. They did not honor the appointment time and did not seem concerned that we were waiting to be seen for well over 40 minutes. This is what I imagine customer service was like in the Soviet Union circa 1975. Even after reminding two different bank personnel about our appointment times, none seem the least bit concerned. The branch wasn't busy. Because of this visit, I'm going to recommend my organization change to a bank that prioritizes customer service. Keep in mind, the bank had just ONE other customer at the time and two employees working there. Slow. Slow. Slow. If you have options, find another bank or another branch!

  I find the customer service at this branch to be very good. I hope the branch stays open after the merger because the location is ideal for me. One aspect that might put people off is lack of access from Hollywood Blvd when westbound, but this is easily solved by parking on the north side and walking across the street. Hollywood Blvd is much more attractive now that the city has added mediums and landscaping.

  Drive Thru is alwfu. Only two customers in front. Waited more than 20 min . Then when get to Drive Thru. No one there. And Deposit tube missing. AWFUL. waited another 10 mins. Before someone ask if they can hel . Awful. I have been banking with BB&T. for more than 15 year . Gets worse. every yea .

  I've had my business account here for five years. At first I was satisfied. But I have changed my mind. Too many management changes, including a couple that were welcome. Too many people who were hard to communicate with or failed to follow up timely. The tellers are genuinely nice and helpful. I just think management has its hands tied. To be honest, I've looked around from time to time, and haven't moved my account yet, so maybe this is more of a comment on the banking industry as a whole than this particular branch of bbt.

  No way they have like 3 employees i was on line by myself and wait more than 15 minutes no one was at the window ( they have 4 station) the manager was there and don’t move from his chair is like he don’t care.

  I’ve been banking with BBANDT for over five years and this is by far the worst location that I’ve been to everyone in there seems very immature and they also made an attempt to charge me for something that I’ve been doing for a while with them and never paid for, disappointed.

  For all the the people out there looking to open a bank account in base of my personal experience my suggestion is try a different I don’t recommend this branch at all especially the branch manager she carries a very bad attitude and there is not a good customer service from her People there is plenty of banks out there.....!!
