Joseph Torregrosa1Terrible bank, have had countless issues. Will not help you out at all!!!! The cherry on top was I just went to buy a car. Needed to put 3500 on my card. It declined, I called the 800 number and they said there is nothing they can do. So I had to drive to a branch to get a cashiers check, then I’ll get want to charge me 10$ even though I’m a customer for years. And I could have just run my card and not wasted time. It’s is one issue after another. I honestly hate this bank with a passion. They are the laziest least customer friendly bank I have ever encountered. I worked for a bank for 6 years and I know what can be done and how you can help a customer but they won’t even try.

Isabell Stewart1Suntrust was a wonderful bank… Truist has got to be one of the worst banks I have ever used. I accidentally submitted a check incorrectly and they locked my whole account down for over two weeks and still going. The manager is nasty and does not know how to run a branch office. She does not know how to settle matters either. She would be much better off working for Mcdonalds. They locked down my entire account including all of my funds and I had know way to pay my bills or take care of my family. My husband and I have both decided to close my accounts and have made sure to let all of our family and friends know that Truist is absolutely a terrible bank and they have all decided to close their accounts as well. I’d rather allow a homeless man to manage my money then this bank.

Brandon Miller1Since Truist has purchased Suntrust their customer service has just gone to complete garbage. Used to be a few minutes of holding and you could get the information or questions answered quickly. Truist has been a minimum of an hour wait then talking to someone cant speak English clearly only to get transferred a minimum of two times.

Kristen Kleier1I was in line first and the lady made us pull around to help the person behind us because I had to take 2 extra minutes to fill out my deposit slip. We waited for 15 minutes behind the car who she “needed” to help first. Honestly ridiculous. I miss the bb&t service and treatment.

Bailey Rawlinson1This branch is inefficient and the tellers consistently deliver poor customer service. I primarily go through the drive through as a business customer with several deposits. I always expect to wait and sometimes have driven away prior to sending in my transactions due to the inefficiency. On top of that, I am rarely greeted upon pulling up and the drive-through teller usually enlists the help of lobby tellers due to the amount of people waiting in drive-through. After waiting an unusually long time for my transactions to be completed and waiting unsure of the timeframe since I was not even greeted, the lobby teller who completes my transaction is curt, uninterested, and even seems slightly irritated as she says “you’re all set” then walks away. This happens regardless of if I come 10 minutes before close or midway through normal business hours. I am not greeted, welcomed, thanked for my business, or even thanked for my patience. At this point, I have no patience with your tellers. No normal pleasantries are exchanged (with the exception of one visit to your drive through) and I waste my time waiting an unusual amount of time for deposits to be made by rude tellers. I usually try to avoid this branch, it makes SunTrust look bad and leaves a bad vibe.

Kaity C1They obviously do not check ID’s at this location. Someone was able to make a withdrawal from my account using my account number without showing the debit card or ID. I have never used this location and I definitely won’t in the future. I have filed an investigation.

LIONESS DE SOLAR1Not all the snakes are poisonous and not all the poisons are deadly! Keep this in mind when bitten. This branch is a venomous snake nest! Keep that in mind as well.
