  I have been a Suntrust customer for 21yrs. Ever since Truist took over the bank its been a joke. Try and call them for help it's a 45min wait. I went into this branch to pay off my mortgage the otherday and they couldn't help me, thanks for nothing. I took my money over to Chase to pay off my Truist mortgage, does that make sense to you. I will be closing all my accounts on Monday with Truist after 21yrs.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced especially when you are trying to open an account. The rep & the manager of this branch kept saying that they are short staffed which I found to be very unprofessional, she kept reminding us that she has an appointment with another client & that we should go & come back. I couldn’t deal with them any longer so I left to go to another branch & Sandy was exceptionally wonderful, she greeted us well even without an she helped us reassured that it was gonna take few mins ( which we were told it was gonna take more than 2hrs at the Governor club location) I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT AT THIS SUNTRUST EVET AGAIN!! I have been with Suntrust for 20yrs & today was my worst experience.

  Joy and her staff are outstanding representatives for Sun Trust, they are friendly, open, helpful and knowledgeable about banking services. I recommend this staff and this Branch highly!!!

  Horrible customer service, tellers are rude and always saying it will be awhile for simple transcations. I personally bank here and my job does too and I have never has a pleasent experience.

  Brenda Houston went above and beyond today as the tube in the driv-thru got stuck halfway up...she came outside found a stick and fixed the problem. Super customer service .......

  Slowest branch I've ever visited. No matter what time of day, I always have to wait too long to make a simple deposit. Unfortunately, it is the closest to home. Not enough personnel???

  Went In today. And had the most amazing customer service. Brenda Houston is the bomb!!. Joy helped too.
