  Such a wonderful experience. We were looking at refinancing to move away from an arm and was directed to Jay White by a fellow condo owner. It was a great decision. Jay stayed on top of things and moved our transaction through very quickly. We are extremely happy and will be calling on him again in the future if the need arises.   Jay and his team made my refinance process smooth and stress free. Jay was able to come up with a refinance plan that fit my specific needs. Any questions I had Jay was prompt with a reply. I never felt pressured to rush through the loan process. My recent loan was my second time dealing with Jay and as always Jay's dedication and honesty handling my loans was top shelf.   I can’t thank Jay White and his team enough for their assistance during this home buying process. I tried to purchase a few years ago and the whole thing was a nightmare, total disaster. Most of my headache stemmed from the bank- I don’t even know what the problem was. I was so glad to just back out and start over. Working with Bay Equity was the best I could have ever imagined.
