      Not worth it. You’re charged a fee monthly. The “deals” they do have for debit cash back rarely are given to you even if you make the purchase. And the criteria for the credit cards are ridiculous. & they refuse to discuss anything with you even though they have ALL your information.

      Nothing like not being able to get cash from the ATM. ATM was out of cash, 3rd world style. This place has been a joke ever since the Suntrust BB&T merger. There have been many times that the ATMs are not working altogether. The lobby was closed with a printed sign about not having enough staff to operate drive-thru and lobby, so just drive thru was open, and of course there was a dozen cars... If you cant get employees to work, something must be wrong in management. Fully automate this dump already.

      Terrible, rude staff. All I wanted to ask at drive-thru after making a deposit was my balance. They would not take a second to listen to me - then argued with me. Spoke with manager. This b ank needs new staff who will listen to customers and treat with respect.

      This bank is closed permanently. BB&T and Suntrust have put no effort into marking these closed after their merger so be warned. Only 1 of the 4 I've visited in the area were open.

      Highly reccomended bank once they reopen! Not sure why the other reviews are so scathing; every time i have gone there the staff has always been professional, courteous and efficient!

      If I had the opportunity to give 0 stars I would. I would not let my dog bank with suntrust is honestly how i feel about this bank branch. I have been working with suntrust for over 15 years.

      This branch couldn’t be worse to deal with. No matter when I go in or what I’m there for, they are always so unpleasant and annoyed that I’m there. No one smiles. No one is happy. No one helps anyone. Awful.

      The banker is a liar, and when I go to save money take 3300. But I did not pay attention to the time less 200. Will not be used again
