      There is only one person working inside, so you are going to wait a minimum of 45 minutes in the drive-through line. I am a 14 year customer and I’m ready to find a different bank.

      It doesn't get any better than dealing with "Evan" the drive-thru teller...he is the BEST. He looks like Tony Reali on ESPN's Around The Horn. Always smiling and has such a warm and hospitable demeanor about him. I've been a Region's customer since it was Union Planter's Bank back in the day. The service never disappoints, in fact the service level makes me want to get another job so I have a reason to stop by and deposit more cash! Keep up the great job Regions & please clone Evan...he is the BEST.
