John-Michael Stone1Sorry to say the worst bank, bank policies and staff that I have ever dealt with. Took them over three months to open a secure credit card. They hit my credit three times. I was lied to multiple times. Instead of owning up to their mistakes and taking care of their client they would rather me close the 4 accounts that I have with them. The 1000.00 secured credit card that I closed will take 30 business before I get my money back. Crazy!! I opened three much better accounts with PNC BANK today and the staff there was amazing.

Bailey Luzio1Wish I could rate 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting interaction with the "branch manager". Could not believe the rude and condescending attitude displayed today. There is a way to handle customers in a polite manner before jumping to conclusions and getting nasty. This branch completely FAILED today. I feel bad for the employees because I'm sure it's not easy to work for someone so blatantly rude and nasty. Would not recommend doing any form of buisness here.

Eric Krulisky1Went through the drive-thru ATM pulled out some cash but needed smaller denominations than only 20s. So I parked to run inside real quick to ask the teller to break a 20. This became a 15-minute ordeal because I didn't bring my card in with me and every time I told her what company I was associated with she couldn't find it in the system. Needless to say I wasn't able to break a twenty for smaller bills. There was no way for her at a bank to break a $20 bill so I left and went next door to Dunkin Donuts and asked the girl at the register if she could break a 20 she gladly said it was no problem and within about a minute I was back in my vehicle.

Tiffany Boni2Very unprofessional! Tellers were complaining about customers in front of other customers. Staff was not friendly or helpful. I went in to pay off a loan, and considered starting a new account. However after witnessing their behavior, I decided that BB&T was definitely not the bank for me.
