      This bank is the worst ended relationship with me didn’t send letter nothing said when closed they would mail me a check. It’s been almost three months I’ve gotten a 10 check and they’re holding 3500.00 of my money and won’t release it to me until I jump through 100 s of hoops. Do not recommend this bank at all. Worst bank around

      I chose this back due to the hours and now since the bank decided to cut back their hours, I can't get to the bank any time im available. Its ridiculous. How can it be considered more safe to restrict everyone to going to the bank at the same time? Seems like that will increase the chances of people coming into contact with the virus.

      This branch has been so easy to deal with, and worked with me when I needed the most help, with a quick equity line of credit at an unbeatable rate. They earned my business so I decided to open up a personal account with them as well. A big plus is the awesome app the have, which is probably the best of any bank out there; making my bill payments on utilities and everything else has been amazingly simplified. Also, friendly staff. I totally recommend this bank, and foremost this particular branch.

      Bank account has came up twice this year short on money but can't find where it is going. Over $500 each time. Will be looking for new bank after first of year. Staff only can do so much

      Long time Suntrust member here (not for much longer tho). Went toget a wire transfer to close on my new home (in one hour). Was told i needed an appointment. Explained the situatiin to deaf ears. However she recommended i drive to anothercountyto get it done. Spoke to another "teller" with no concern at all. Called closer and she said a certifed check would do only after being put on hold to ok with her boss. Still on the phone with closer i walk up tothe counter to speak with someone and both go to the back area (10 feet) and see them talking to what appeared to be "the manager" she proceded to walk up and say "let me tell you something (im still on the phone with closer) we told you how it works you need an appoi...." i stopped her and said "if you will shut up ihave a question...can i just get a certifed check?" she replied "oh sure". Now my question to this whole thing is why is this lady even in charge? I have seen her rude to customers in the past 2 months and now it was my turn? No sorry. I will take my business somewhere else. I have done wire transfers before. Why do i need an appointment for a transfer but i got a certifed check in more time than it would have taken to transfer. Keep in mind 3 women was in the "walmart branch of suntrust" behind the counter during this time and not 1 wanted to help me with my concern untill i have someone on the phone repeating to me "is this your bank? What is this ladys problem? I cant beleive im hearing this". I have a few choice words on this ladies appearance and how she carries herself but ill leave it with she should be a cashier at a fleamarket gate entrance. Done with it changing banks soon.

      Branch was supposed to be open at 930 (I side walmart). 9:50, the first employee comes in. Lights still off. Irate man in line in front of me (naturally). I can't wait, I have business to do.

      worst bank ever got three over drafts they still HAVE NOT SENT A NOTICE by mail that way they get you for more money. three weeks no notice im on ss . cant deal with these money grabing THIEFS

      Opened up a bank account two weeks ago deposited a large amount of money , check was put on hold until it cleared today sun trust decides to end the relationship with me not given me a answer at all and I have to wait to be mailed my rightfully money that I have and I can’t even shop for my kids for Christmas WORST BRANCH EVER

      I’ve stood here with my wife waiting for her to have her money pulled and account terminated for 5 hours now. This bank is a disgrace and needs to be shut down immediately.

      This branch never answers the phone when you call I have been calling back to back all morning and they haven't answered yet. Horrible customer service. I will be closing my account and will not refer anyone to this branch ever again.
