      Hi we been with this bank for 10yrs when it was bbt..never had a problem until when the merged with SunTrust too be truist now. About a month ago they allowed a fraudulent without out of our bank account of $998 from what turned out to be fraudulent loan company were never done business with all. This truist bank let $998 go out of our bank .account we been too this branch three times they too fix the problem miss mellie.the account Mgr she gave us the fraud department of truist they sent us a paper to fill out and return it too miss millie bank account mrg.so we wait and waiting month layer I check our bank account then truist took out 300$dollars twice in two months we went back again got Mrs millie to give our money back.but in the meantime we had too borrow money from a loan company local too survive ..and cover our bills. And now today they took $300 again on 3/17/22. My wife too Mille bk Mgr again all she would do is give my wife the same department we dealt with before. We did our part did paper they requested all this truist bank did is take our money $$.me n my wife are on disability my wife is a cancer survive r.bone marrow oh but this bank don't care .there stealing coustmers money since the merger watch 11 alive news today 3/17/22. Sorry so long .ps.miss millie don't care about disabled people..we're leaving the bank and get a lawyer on this..

      We have to hold deposits for days..... four lanes open and sit for 15-20 minutes yesterday one car moved in that time. Why have four lanes open with two workers?? And let the large deposits from businesses come in goodness. Y’all have had 8 months to fix this don’t go on your lunch break or your whole time will be spent sitting in line... This is going to be a way of life so there needs to be a easier way 4 windows =4 people ( walnut ave branch)

      I went in to pick up a deposit slip from a deposit left in the night drop over the weekend. It wasn't ready so I asked if I could wait while they processed the deposit. The teller told me they had received over 100 night drops over the weekend and asked if i could return later. I explained that I really needed it to be processed because returning later was not an option for me. She was very unfriendly but she processed the deposit. When she handed me the deposit slip I said thank you, she turned around and walked away!! I use BB&T both personally and professionally and this branch is BY FAR the worst one. They are always crowded with not enough employees working, and the employees are not friendly. I think perhaps they need new management. Maybe that would improve their overall performance. If they have such a hard time processing night drops then maybe they need to come to work earlier on Mondays. She should have just offered to process my deposit instead of asking a customer to inconvenience themselves.

      The atm prompted an error message when I was withdrawing some money and did not give cash but still took money off of my card and it has been 4 days since and I still am fighting with them to get it back I do not recommend this bank for anyone unless you never have to make a withdrawal from there 24/7 atm

      SHARON C @ walnut ave branch.... I hope eventually you have a nice day and are friendly when I have to come through the drive thru! I try to always use The Glenwood location as they are such nice, helpful people! You could learn a few things from them. 😉

      This place if you can call it a bank, they take hours just to give you money from your own account and the Staff are very slow and not friendly, all the windows open for nothing
