  Neither of the 2 ARMs at main branch will ever allows me make a deposit using my regions visa debit card..It always says Transaction not available. I have to assume they have blocked my card because the arms malfunction often and keep my card and don't aaccount my deposit.I have to contact that main brance and have the issue fixed..This has happen more than once in the same year. Drive across town to the other location,that atm isn't working,sobut I'm waisting my time and gas trying to deposit money into my account... Is this the best Dalton Georgia regions branches can do? Really? Got news for you Dalton regions.I'll be filling a formal complaint with regions corporate office first thing Monday.I've had it with you games and lousy atm service. Your failure to provide service to me has expired.

  Regions Bank is a great service Bank I've had problems with my card in the last 2 weeks three different times and they had promptly gotten on it and straighten it out in a timely orderly fashion, I had no problems, any other bank I would have gotten the runaround I would have had to do this and that, they got on it and took care of everything for me and in a friendly manner and even though my card has gotten messed up three times they've still been nice, polite, and friendly,and with great service I recommend this Bank totally 110%

  At age 71, I've banked with several major companies through the years. I've eventually had problems with all of them. Now, I've been with Regions longer than any of the others. I am more pleased with them as time goes by. They seem committed to continuous improvement. I've never had a problem that they couldn't almost immediately resolve. Even when I was cheated by someone using my debit card, I had full access to my funds right away.

  Bank somewhere else, these people are lying, thieves. Most of the staff is rude, irresponsible, they won't help you, they'll just make up ridiculous excuses

  Always friendly and helpful without taking a lot of time to get you in served and back out. Very pleasurable group of people.

  The worst bank that I banked with. I had a business account with them for three years and they closed my account without my knowledge. Very unprofessional and selfish bank.
