      Stopped by today after having consistent issues with my previous bank, (rhymes with Shells Shargo) banker Tanya Mack was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and helped with making decisions based on my needs. Highly recommend working with her and I hope to do so in the future. You’re the best Tanya!! Thanks 😊

      Everyone in this location is wonderful! Dom Mitchell helped me yesterday by patiently searching though 6 months of deposits till he found the information I needed. He was wonderful to work with and I appreciate all he did for me!

      We went into the Mayfaire location to.get a check signed off on and were told by a woman who claimed to be the bank manager that the check had to be mailed to Atlanta to be signed. I know that Wilmington has several SunTrust branches, not to mention the state of NC. What an idiot.We went to another location and had no problem. The check was immediately signed. That was our first visit to the Mayfaire location and it will be the last.

      My first experience was great I had to deal with fraud and went there, normally if I have to deposit money and go inside they are friendly. My last visit was not so great, the teller gave me attitude and it was uncalled for. I had forgotten my wallet and asked for $15.00 so I have gas money. All I had for id was an expired one showing it is me and a picture of my current one on my phone, among multiple documents proving who I am. If it was such a problem I could of waited for the universal banker who knows me and I would of had her help me rather than the teller.

      I first met Connie Ronner at a BNI business luncheon about two years ago and since that time I have come to know Connie quite well. She is an excellent banking account manager at SunTrust in Wilmington, NC. Since I have known Connie I have heard many testimonials on her behalf regarding her excellent service and ability to help her banking customers achieve their goals and financial wellness. I personally have sat down with Connie and discussed my own business goals for the Seaside Wellness Center and as a result I intend to give SunTrust every consideration when we are ready to expand. Connie has excellent leadership qualities including organizational and group management skills and community service leadership. I served on the March of Dimes board for a short time when Connie was the Board Chairman. Every meeting with Connie at the helm was a productive and enjoyable experience. Connie Ronner is obviously a very bright and capable business person and I would not hesitate to refer any of my associates to her at SunTrust for their business banking needs.       Awesome. Had some fraud problems within my first month of banking with them and they took care of it within six hours of the problem. all funds were back in my account within minutes and have had no problems since.

      ATMs would not take a deposit at Oleander or Eastwood branches this morning. Used the mobile app to deposit a check, but you can't deposit cash through an app. When I called to report this, I navigated the phone system to only sit on hold until I gave up. Bad experience.

      I attempted to deposit a check and postal money order in the ATM on Sunday 12-23. The ATM malfunctioned, and kept my check and money order without depositing them. I spoke to someone at the branch in Christmas Eve, on the phone and in person (they we're open) and was assured my money would be available on Wednesday the 26th. I was told they had been having trouble with the atm, yet there was no notice or warning posted. My funds are now available but it took about 10 days to get it sorted. I'm on the fence about this bank.
