  Ashley and his team made my refinance easy with a great rate, simple process, and timely communication. The e-closing allowed me to electronically sign most of my documents while I drank coffee at home. All around, this was an outstanding experience with Ashley and Resource Financial Services.

  Ashley Hales is a very knowledgeable and experienced Mortgage Specialists. He is very personable and communicates with his clients on a step by step basis. He went above and beyond helping us secure our VA mortgage. Our underwriting and closing went off without a hitch and the process was painless. I highly recommend him for all mortgage types and will be utilizing him in the future if the need arises.

  Ashley Hales and his team are the true professionals that you want handling your mortgage application. We quickly felt we could trust Ashley and we were not let down, he handled the whole process in the background with frequent and accurate updates. Everything was ready well in advance of closing.
