  Rob really saved my home! After Guaranteed Rate completely and utterly screwed up my loan, and even after an early buyer possession when I was told I was clear to close, and they discovered a mistake on their end, which cost me time and money, and almost losing the house I had already moved into. Rob was able to save the day! Was able to close us with 3 weeks! When I only had till the end of the month, we got closed on 9/30 without a moment to waste! He works hard to get you in your home! If you are looking for a lending team, Rob and his team are the way to go! You wont be disappointed.

  Great experience working with these folks. They were supportive and informative from start to finish. When things changed with our financial status they (specially David and Julanna) were quick to re-process our loan and we were able to close with on a few days delay that too in times where everyone from underwriters to attorneys due to low interest rates. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Buying a home with Dwayne Tyndall at Atlantic Bay Mortgage was the best home buying experience we have ever had. He made it so simple and literally did all the work. I applied by phone and it took maybe 10 minutes. I could not be happier with the entire financing process. Dwayne really knows what he is doing! When I had questions, he responded really fast through text and email. My credit is not perfect but he worked some magic and got us an attractive rate. At closing he even gave us a really awesome gift basket. If you are looking to buy or refinance--you must call Dwayne at Atlantic Bay! We are loving our new home!!!
