  I recently purchased a house using Bill Fisher in the wilmington branch and it was a very satisfying experience. He was helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect. Didn't matter on the time of day he was there to help. Not many would put in the time and effort like Bill and OVM financial. With the craziness of purchasing a house these days, and I have purchased many over the years this was definitely the easiest the process has ever been. So thank you Bill.   OVM Financial and especially Bill Fisher were the greatest experience possible for being a first time home buyer. Bill worked hard to get everything need at the start of the process, he is very thorough and worked to eliminate every hold up before it came, because of this we had a great experience and a seamless process. They have exceptional knowledge of the financing products that they offer and are always professional. Just as important, they are wonderful at keeping clients and others involved in the loop with what is going on and are not hesitant to explain situations (in some cases multiple times) until everyone fully understands and is comfortable.
