      Went into this SunTrust branch to make change for a 20 and could not because this bank's policy is you have to have an account with them to make any kind of change.

      All of your signage said you were open. There were guests in your lobby, but the door was locked. The employees just looked at me and turned away. No one even acknowledged me. It is 10 am on a Wednesday. How can you say you are open if you aren’t accepting patrons?

      If we travel outside 20 miles they shut off our card anytime we try to use it. They will not even call to try to verify the purchase. They said anytime you use your card outside a 5 mile radius of the bank you have to call them first to ask permission.
