  They don't really seem like they know what they're doing at this location. I needed to change my address and they told me I just needed to fill out a form so I did. Then I waited to see someone who told me I needed documents which I was specifically told I wouldn't need. I left and it turns out I could just change my address on the app anyway.

  I’ve been a member with navy for years and have deposited probably over a million dollars with them… I had a small emergency where I didn’t have my picture id or debit card and I needed to pull out cash. I had a picture of both my license and debit card and the branch manager carmelita just refused to assist me during an emergency. I even called customer service and they said it was up to her. It’s amazing how I’ve come into that branch probably close to 50-60 times and she still wouldn’t help me out.. I’ll be removing my money and closing this account for sure for the simple fact that she doesn’t possess basic human empathy and cust service skills

  They had us waiting in the lounge just to tell us they do not create pre-paid cards on site and that we had to do it online. Their customer service is severely lacking.

  NFCU has great interest rates. Good locations as well.

  Experience was perfect. Staff were very friendly and attentive. And the wait for a teller or to see branch associate were not long at all. Staff and branch team is on top of their game.

  This bank sucks; I went in to deposit a check into the account and then write a check off that account to pay my mortgage. I told them i need the check to clear before 5 days hold. The lady at the desk said it would be 2 days maximum hold. Boom 3 days later bounced check. Thanks a lot Navy Federal.

  Very nice set up, a couple of IPads for Kids to play to help them pass time. Open flooring, Great Staff and never too hot or cold inside.

  I did not know how much money I was depositing. Teller ID A1862 counted with the machine. I asked her if she could count it by hand and she refused.
