  PenFed helped me with a personal loan that I am very happy with. The local credit union denied me. PenFed was more than willing to give me the loan and offer me a credit card. I recommend them to everyone!

  Horrible experience. I went to get a document notarize and all the person was to do is to verify i was the person signing the documents but no he decided to pick and chose what he wanted to do. When I asked to speak with the manager. I was told very rudely he was the only person to notarize paperwork and he was not going to do it. So, I had to leave base and go to another PenFed and received the service. The worst banking experience very rude.

  Horrible! The employees here are lazy, unhelpful and rude. I went in once to get large bills broken for change for a fundraiser. When I approached the teller, he just looked at me. No greeting or anything. Then when I explained what I needed, he had to boot up his computer. It was after 12 and his computer wasn't even on? Today, my husband went in to get $2 bills to give as a birthday gift. The bank manager told my husband that he couldn't break the bundle of bills. So, the minimum amount he could get was $200. So....the bank can't break a bundle of 100 $2 bills? The bank? What's the purpose of a bank? We won't be returning here.

  Terrible, reason I signed up for an account here cause I work on base. These people are rude, didn't even let me know and ran my credit. Their staff are not very knowledgeable and rude rude than any other banks.

  I hate I am giving them a star! The worst banking experience ever.Stay away from this branch. Just because they are on a military installation doesn't mean they cater to the military.! I rather go off post, burn my gas and waste precious time than to step foot back into this facility. Waste of time and government land to have one on Belvoir. Enter at your own risk.

  The staff is unprofessional and very unhelpful. I waited over 1 hour to be seen only to have them let someone skip me and when i inquired about it the teller had the nerve to tell me i was wrong though the sign in sheet clearly showed the person came after me. I didnt mind the skip as much as the rude attitude and tone of the teller and the fact that she tried to lie to me as if i couldnt figure it out myself by looking at the sign in sheet. Then I encountered yet another employee that was very unhelpful about an account that was closed yet somehow they kept the account open and then charged me a fee for not having any activity on the account since the date i closed it. The representative did not let me speak, she kept repeating herself and was brushing me off when if she would have stopped to listen she would have seen what my concern was and it could have easily been resolved. The staff need to be retrained on how to provide customer service because it truly is lacking and also on how to keep an account closed when someone physically comes in and asks for their account to be closed. I just dont understand it. Maybe you will have better luck.

  This credit union sucks they will milk you every which way they can. If you try to make a payment to them there is a fee. Paid $22000 to them and an additional charge of $50 was put on my account the staff is very rude and unhelpful. Thank you Navy Federal Credit Union for paying them off I will never do business with anyone but you!
