  Since I've moved to VAB, this branch has been absolutely vital and wonderful when it comes to my banking needs. I've been a member of Truist (BB&T) for quite some time, and I was nervous about finding a new branch here and this particular one has dine a fantastic job. There is a Truist branch a mile from me, but they have no customer service. For example this morning: I go to the Kempsville branch by the Wal Greens for the first time, just to make a cash withdrawal. They weren't able to do it, and treated me poorly (here'slooking at you, Dorothy). I zipped over to Greenbrier, and Rosalind was able to do it and so simply!)] I appreciate the customer rapport, and the thoroughness these employees do their job with. The fact that on this Saturday morning, 6/4/22, the Greenbrier branch was packed, and the Kempsville one was sparse speaks volumes.

  The slowest service I've seen, my wife and i clients since 1996, xame to get a document notarized, they told us to have a sit, and 30 min later nothing happened, that's disrespectful,

  Cant reach a human on the 888 customer service line. Cant get help from any branch and I have canned 3: no one answers the phone. Mean time the website doesnt recognize me as a customer. Dont worry about reseting the password you cant . Frustration whould be part of their name.

  Their service time is very slow and on my last visit with my aunt, the tellers are rude and were short tempered with us. Do NOT recommend this location at all. STEER CLEAR

  The tellers are ok- some are friendly some are not. The guy who works at the desk is loud and obnoxious. He's often times slumped back in his chair on his phone. Just not the most professional look in my opinion.

  That ATM is broken for a long time and no one fixed it i went to deposit money from there and it didn’t take money it sends it back all of it i went to an other location and i found the same problem broken ATM i hope that they fix it soon because a lot of people work all day so they can’t go to the bank in the regular hours

  Show up at bank at 11:59 but that is not sufficient closed even though closing time is 12 pm I had things to do and I rushed over here will just open account somewhere else
