Thomas Fetter4I have been banking with BB&T/Truist since opening my first savings account as a child. Went here for a free banking service and they were not accommodating. Have visited several branches accross the state and always received good service. This branch, sub par.

Michele Casazza1The teller at the Rosemary street branch in Chapel Hill named Denisha is insensitive and heartless. Knowing I have a failing heart condition that I'm dying from she copped an additude with me fully aware of situation and that I was going in for a catherization procedure to see if the doctor could prolong my life expendency which was not favorable. I had been emotional, scared and crying the Friday prior to the proceedure. Following my heart proceedure 5 weeks later I called the bank Denisha answered the phone I was very friendly she was very cold claiming that 5 weeks earlier I had hung up on her when I had called which if I did was not at all intentional I was having a very emotional time 5 weeks earlier and all she was focused on was that she may have been hung up on, not the fact that she was dealing with a costumer that was dying. How inhuman, heartless and insensitive can a person be. The bank manager and area manager took no disciplinary action against Denisha the teller in any way justifying her behavior and the area manager saying to me that she didnt want to effect Denishas livlyhood. Really this person can emotionally effect a dying person and cop an additude towards a dying person and get away with it being completely heartless and insensitive and management takes no disciplinary action towards her doesnt even talk with her on how she emotionally effected a dying person instead they side with the employee who left a customer emotionally upset and crying who's dying. I ended up in the hospital with a mild heart attack where I ended up in the hospital. Still nothing was done. Denisha only reacted to what she perceived with no compassion or understanding reawakening one of the worse days of my life when I'm dealing with dying. Her manager and his manager allowed her to get away with her behavior and treatment of me leaving me to relive the worse day ever along with all of the emotional turmoil all over again.
