      Went into this location today to find out about opening an account. As we were walking to the new account desk, the associate looked at his watch. He greeted us and then looked at his watch again. Yes it was 15 minutes until closing. We tried to ask questions but he wasn't really listening to us.. I wanted a few questions answered. He asked me for my license several times. He apparently needed to leave so I said we would do it later. We were able to drive down the street to another bank with still 5 minutes until closing so that shows you how little of his time we took. Now that I have read the reviews for this branch we are going to a different bank. These guys don't have time for us now what will the act like later?

      So nothing happened to me at this branch but unfortunately I have no other way to post the dissatisfaction with suntrust in general! My husbands bank card was hacked and a PayPal account opened under his name and charges were made. In Sept. which I nor he caught until December. 2 separate transactions were made but because of a 60 day federal rule suntrust won't give me my money back!! I understand its a federal rule but what about customer satisfaction!! I spike to a Sarah a supervisor whom was no help by the way. She just repeated the same ridiculous argument about 60 day rule. I got ripped off 2 times once by someone I don't know and another by a company you are supposed to trust. Customer satisfaction should be a priority and it was not! Who cares about a rule . Suntrust does not protect you or your interests!! They could have reimbursed me the money if they cared about the customer but they didn't.

      Worst banking experience of my life ! Due yourself a favor and go down to Wells Fargo or a nice credit union. Tried closing my account with this location twice and never seemed to happen. Closed my account in January of 2018 got a bill 3 months later saying the account was still open and I owed $73 give or take. Frustrated I went into the branch where a gentleman told me that apparently after I closed the account a $39.99 charge came out and was accruing fees. I get it , that makes sense paid the balance and said I was good to go now I sit here May of 2019 over a year later I get 1 single collections bill saying I now owe $134.99 never once received a bill or phone call in the pass year. This is some type of profit tactic Suntrust does to get over on people not the wiser . I don't think I've ever done a review less than 5 stars . Just fed up with Suntrust. Wish I could do negative stars.

      10/25/2014: I had a 9:00am appointment with one of the bankers/customer service rep's to discuss my budget, my girlfriends budget, a home equity line of credit and opening an account for investments managed by SunTrust. We arrived at 5 minutes late and there was a gentlemen already being helped by our representative. No problem, we were late. The weekend Manager was talking to someone who apparently wanted to close their account. He pushed them to our account reps desk without any regard to her schedule. Very unprofessional and not a wise move if you ask me. He then addressed me and asked if he could help us, but when I said "I thought we had a 9:00am appointment with her. He shortly stated that this wouldn't take long and walked away. What he didn't know and she did, is that customer service rep came in to work this weekend because my girlfriend and I are in a long distance relationship and she came in to help us this weekend because my girlfriend was in town. He was closing an account and I had an appointment to open 2 accounts It just ticks me off that we made an appointment, I got my gal out of bed early after a long flight to make an appointment and we still had to wait an extra 20 minutes because a so called Manager was incapable of closing an account.

      I really wish Linda would quit announcing personal information that wasn't requested. Every time I go she does this. Usually banks use discretion or give certain information upon request. But not Linda, she will gladly share your checking and savings account balances with everyone within your vicinity. This has happened to me 5 times already and I even reported it to a bank manager, but the same thing happened again today. She is one of the few people there at 4pm, so it was unavoidable. I just really wish she would stop doing this.

      Opened an account with $100 then two days later they advised me I could not have the account, they mailed me a check but charged me $7 to cash it. I've since paid my debt and will open an account with ANOTHER bank.

      It starts with greetings and because this big pandemics my lD needs to be renewed so not. Working with customers last time it was go to Wal-Mart now only for other customers
