  From start to finish, our experience with DOCFCU was excellent! Ron Voli was our mortgage specialist, and was professional, friendly and kept us informed at every step in the process. I would have to describe the experience as very smooth and easy. The closing was held at our home, at our convenience. I don't know that I want to have to refinance again in the near future, but if I did, I would without a doubt contact Ron and the DOCFCU, and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family!

  The refinancing process was so un-complicated, that I was amazed how streamlined and quick the entire process took. I was also impressed by the fact that I was able to complete all documents on-line and that the closing consisted on the representative meeting me at my location and after a few minutes all paperwork was signed and the closing was complete. It took longer to take the elevator to my office than it was to conduct the closing. Truly appreciated the attention from the company's representatives and the professional way that they handled the re-financing of my home mortgage. SE Drumming
