  Had them lock my card over the weekend. Called today and was placed on hold for 15 minutes until I decided to hang up. I needed them to unlock my card as I’m unable to do it on the app because they did it on their end. When I’ve tried calling back it goes to voicemail. If I wanted to wait on the phone I’d have simply called the Truist 800 number! SMH

  Reviews speak for themselves, horrible customer service especially from Karen who was having a really bad day. I look forward to continuing to go to this location and asking for Karen by name. I want my pennies and I'm coming for them. See you tomorrow!

  These people are just NASTY & RUDE. The way they spoke to my mother today was ridiculous! Do not go to this bank. They’re absolutely terrible! Specifically whoever the lady with long blonde hair is!

  SunTrust was better, this branch is slow and doesn't care about the time of their customers. Waited in line for almost an hour.

  I never used this bank before but their rates were competitive. So I used them for a refinance. The people were nice but failed to tell about some of the wire transfer fees. They told me the best way is to just wire the money. Next thing you know I incur about $150 in wire transfer fees. When they could have just sent me a check and I could have had a hundred and fifty more dollars. They also repeatedly send insurance cards making them look urgent. But are nothing but junk mail. Our loan finalized in December and now we are in the beginning of April and we have received seven pieces of mail stating we need to get this extra mortgage insurance in case of death. The pink thing on top is the one from BB&T and I also deal with other Banks. But they clearly stated on the front of it before you open it that this is an insurance program or so on that is the lower picture I have attached.

  Horrible customer service, including from the branch manager. Will be closing my account despite all the inconveniences of that, so I do not need to bank with BBT- and specifically this branch.

  I have never had any problems with this location. The tellers are always very helpful. Also, they no longer have an envelope deposit system with the ATM! Also normally it takes a few days for ATM deposits to be deposited. That how most banks work.

  I've been with BB&T for 22 years. I've never had a problem. The tellers at my branch recognize me when I come in and greet me by name. It's a good feeling.

  Don't use their atm after hours due to them having an envelope deposit system and it taking them 2 full days before you receiving your money even if it is CASH! No effort to accommodate inconvenienced customers. This is my 1st and absolute last time utilizing this branch!!

  If I could rate this bank 0 I would. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Not that BB&T has much better service through their customer service line plus they charge you to talk to someone who HALF way has a clue as to what they are doing. I am so happy to be banking elsewhere.
