Mohamrd Shabara5Nice quick service , my banker Miss Shobha Modi ,I switched to different sort of account they’ve done it with ease, reversed some fees . I had another issue regarding an amount in a bank with no branches in the state, I was fortunate that the teller Miss Maggi did help me cash it out with no fees.
Response from the ownerHi, Mohamrd. Thanks for the review! We’re glad to hear about your great experience and hope you’ll consider Bank of America for your future banking needs. ^Joseph

Elissa M1Worst experience I ever had today with consumer banker Mike B. After an almost 30 year experience as a valued customer, I truly cannot believe how poorly he just handled my call. Would not help me over the phone. Would not help me remember the name of the banker I normally work with. (Told me he could not give out employee names yet they wear name tags.) Did not want to transfer me to the manager. First this location closed the drive through permanently, then, they reduced the hours, now they have a banker on the platform that is not customer focused. So disappointing.

Abdullah Masood1Very disappointed with the customer service I received today. I went to the branch on Saturday morning & withdrew some cash and then waited for 20 minutes to open an account for my son. A lady came out from one of the the cubes and said sorry she can’t help us because they close at 12 on Saturday. Keep in mind that it was 11:45am & we have been waiting for 20 minutes already. This is so unprofessional. I wanted to give zero stars but one star is the least I could select.
Response from the ownerHi, Abdullah. We value your business and are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team and would like to know more. Mark Choa1I'm not sure if the people at BofA is incompetent or the people at this location are. Not naming the lady banker name. Went to this location twice to make a minor change to my account profile name. Was told it will done. 3 weeks later, I log into my online account. NOTHING was changed!! It's time to move to another bank for me

Shannon Hayes1Bank of America is absolutely the worst! I have never gotten a warm fuzzy feeling at this particular branch, but overall the bank's check cashing policies are beyond ridiculous and in my opinion make money off of people that could potentially be future members. I received two checks for Christmas from a relative drawn off of Bank of America. When I went to cash them, the teller required an ID and fingerprint since I don't have an account at this bank. I expected as much and was happy to oblige. What I did not expect was a request for my social security number and an $8.00 fee to cash EACH check. Why do they need my social security number when my identity has already been proven with the ID (current state driver's license) and fingerprint? Why is there a fee to cash a check drawn off of their bank? They have access to account information for the check, so they know if there is enough money in the account to cover the amount. I guess the $8.00 PER CHECK is profit for the bank off of people that they should be trying to encourage to become a member since they don't have an account there. Asking me for my social and charging me a fee to cash a check doesn't make me want to become a member of Bank of America. I have dealt with several other banks, Wells Fargo, SunTrust, Virginia Crédit Union, Call Federal, and Union, and I have NEVER been asked for my social security number or charged a fee to cash a check drawn off of their bank. Again, horrible bank overall that needs to reconsider some policies and work on customer service.

Joyce Henderson3I am very dissatisfied and disappointed by the decision to close the drive through service. I don't care to do my banking business at an ATM because of tampering you hear about all the time. Also I am a disabled person and it's difficult for me to stand in line for long periods because of one teller on duty.

Will3Decent branch. Never had a major problem with any of the people inside. They are overall nice and helpful. The main problem is that the lines get ludicrously long in the afternoon. I mean they are long all day but it gets unbearable during peak hours. Also be weary of using the ATMs to deposit cash. I tried to deposit $1100 into the machine only for it to eat the money and only credit me $200. I got it fixed eventually through the claims process but it took about 3 months to do so.

Patrick Meade5Lady writing bad reviews tried depositing money without an ID. Pretty straightforward that you can't do that. Pretty petty you have to get your friends to write bad reviews. Haven't had much experience with this Bank though.

Jeffrey Teplis5I recently went in to discuss loan options with Shobha Modi and she was wonderful. She answered every question I had (which was a ton) whether they were loan related or not. She really wanted to make sure we did the right thing for our family and had all of the information we needed. If you're in need of anything from that side of the bank I highly recommend her.
