The branch in Polk City was very unhelpful. If you need a notary but have stipulations on an employment letter (had the same letter notarized at another branch by the way) then don't become one! Being in service to the people is what it comes down to. Also if your staff is going to bad mouth customers at least wait until they are out of the branch. Just an FYI

Went through the drive-thru. Staff seemed a bit short-handed as there was a wait time to get service. Teller was polite and helpful. Transaction was very quick once performed. No real complaints. It is a very small country branch.
