      Holly is my agent and I could not ask for a better one. I was previously paying way too much, she looked over my insurance and quoted me much more coverage, smaller deductibles, and for about 1/5th the price! Not only have they covered 3 vehicles of mine but also now my homeowners. When I was getting my homeowners quote I was encouraged to shop and see who had the best rates and even given a quote with highlighted points to compare. No other company compared. I’ve never had a problem speaking to my agent, having questions answered, and always feel better informed from them. Holly is the best agent I have ever experienced.

      I moved out of state and figured I would give this agent a try. Go to any other State Farm agent. Shirley is literally the most unprofessional woman I have ever spoken too. She never gets my information correct or my billing date. She has taken out unauthorized payments and refused to put it back until I got highly upset with her and called my old agent. My boyfriend and I got a letter in the mail stating our policy was cancelled after 3 months. After being on hold for 2 hours with the 1-809 number, Shirley didn’t even put our information correctly and instead of transferring our existing policy and accounts she made new ones for her office to get “credit” for. Will be looking for a new agent Monday morning because the past 3 months have been MISERABLE.

      Was in an accident not my fault and totalled my truck. Have had them for apox 9yrs+ now. But this visit was a very big blow off! I couldn't believe it especially since I also got 2 price increases within a yr! When questioned them, reply was my automobile was too old!!! Not sure what's going to happen with this claim yet but definitely will be seeking a new company for my next truck! So dissatisfied with the service & all the nonsense excuses why they don't want to help me, see no sense in paying for nothing.

      My experience at this office started off well until my account was switched too another team member without any notice. I will not mention names but the person managing my account was very rude and seemed very inconvenienced each time I needed assistance. The last straw was when I made changes to my account, had several conversations with this person and they never made the changes as promised. I was billed for a vehicle that should have been removed a month prior. If she had admitted her mistake and apologized it would have been OK. Instead she denied she spoke to me with a rude attitude and absolutely no apology-very shady. It's a good thing I had the phone records to prove we had spoken. Thankfully the corporate office corrected her mistake. Needless to say I have requested to change agents. It's unfortunate that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch!

      I recently switched from another major carrier to State Farm for my auto insurance. I wasn’t even in the market to switch because I was happy with my current coverage. After a short conversation with Samantha Duke I was intrigued and she eventually showed me lower rates with even more coverage than I had at the time. I decided to make the switch and I couldn’t be happier. Samantha has handled my policy promptly and thoroughly each time I needed help. I have referred others to this office and I will refer more in the future.

      Tammy is most non professional person there. I called Holly was not there she did not put phone on hold as she thought she did .?I heard her talking about me to the other office employee. I asked for a for a call back from Phil and she said he was out of the office . I called again requested note and call back ASAP still no call back from Phil. I will talk to him, No professional and rude Tammy. Mr Phil I hope you see this and get my message asking for a returned call. I hope.
