  We visited the community in search of buying a home. Our experience was very nice. As this was our first time purchasing a new construction home, Brandon was very informative and helpful with explaining the process. He was very patient with answering all of our questions and made the process a lot easier for my husband and I. Overall, this was a great experience and we are very excited for this new chapter.

  *WARNING* My family & I have been harassed multiple times by the property manager since we have lived here. She drives around the neighborhood taking photos of peoples houses, cars, etc. Tonight, 8:45pm, I parked my car near the front door to pick up my daughter (wasn’t even parked there for 10 minutes) & she pulled up in her car, shined her brights on my family & I, and started taking pictures. She sat there for about 3 minutes with her brights shining on us before we confronted her. We asked her who she was & she stated “the property manager”. My response was, do you just drive around at night & take pictures of kids & families outside? & she says.. “ that’s what I do”. Then she proceeds to back up her car, get out, & starts taking pictures of the neighbors house right in front of us. Seriously? It’s dark, I have no idea who you are & your shining your car lights at me & my child while taking pictures of us. Completely unprofessional, completely disrespectful & a complete invade of privacy. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I thought this community would be peaceful, it’s far from it.

  We are building our first home with William Ryan Homes, and thus far our experience has been exceptional. The team is professional, kind, knowledgeable and are happy to answer any and all questions you may have. Kristy and Brandon have been very helpful during our process, and Joe did a great job during our pre-construction meeting. I would definitely recommend WRH for your home building experience.

  Such a beautiful neighborhood to live! Nice and secluded with many homes overlooking the lake. There is a really nice clubhouse that has a gym, pool, and room for gatherings. There are many different activities for the homeowners throughout the year and holidays to attend. I recommend buying a home here for sure! It’s is beautiful and very quiet. All the neighbors I have met so far are really nice!

  The more I visit people in this community the more I love it. There are tennis courts, a pool, a play ground, a place to fish, and walking paths for miles and miles. The neighbors seem very friendly and the homes and streets look clean and tidy. I hardly see any traffic while there. If you’re looking for a place to call home, you may want to consider Bridgewater. (Plus, the cable is included in the HOA dues). According to recent clients here, the property taxes (which includes the CDD) are only about 1.5%.

  Great place to live in; Lakes, Pools, Gym, Well maintained roads and landscaping, & Much More! HOA team are nice and friendly as well!! Not mentioning how close it is to the i-4

  We have lived here for over a year...we love it:). The clubhouse hosts holiday community gatherings. 3 min from I-4. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of things but easily a shirt drive to anywhere you need to go. Downtown only takes about 10...depending on traffic. I love the diverse population both in stages of life and culturally. Families with young kids...all the way to retirees. Andrew is on staff full-time at the clubhouse to assist residents...he's very professional and quick to help out.

  We were here for an entirely different reason. It was our first time to this area. And just like every other developed neighborhood.... They all look the same. No personality. Same style of house, same colors, it's no wonder we got lost. I applaud those that can have people living right next to them and even more glad this was only a one time visit.

  We were there on a scouting trip for future residence. The staff was very thorough in giving Info. Laura was great.
