shane mckinney1Branch has lil to no customer service ethic to it. Employee turnover is higher than any banking branch i have ever seen and the overall moral is majorly concerning when speaking to the representatives privately. The employees appear to all be over worked (carrying multiple jobs at one time ) due to under staffing. Branch Manager shows no follow through and absolutely no follow up or customer service skills. unfortunately we will be taking our banking elsewhere.

Mary Koehler1I try not to use this branch but getting over to Brunswick Forrest (where they are friendly and listen to you) was not convenient for me. I thought if I went inside, as opposed to the drive through, I would get the denominations of bills that I needed. I cashed 2 checks totaling $503. I told her I did not want any 100’s. I asked for 4- 50’s, and the rest in 20’s, 10’s, and 5’s. In the processes of responding to a drive through customer, she must have forgotten my request. She gave me a sealed envelope with all 20’s. Money is no longer counted in front of you. When I checked it, while still in the lobby, it was too late to go back, the line was 5 people long. If she at least told me she didn’t have those denominations I would have been fine.

Brett Hogan1** drive to Brunswick forest don't waste your time ** Always a wait. Fridays are busy banking days. why not put more tellers to assist with the customer service? The peope in the offices just ignore the growing line. Edit 12/4 /18 Stood in line for 32 mins while one teller worked the lobby and two employees sat in their glass offices and watched as frustrated customers continually left the line and walked out.

Lauren E.1My four year old son was refused the ability to use the restroom today. He was told to go across the street to use the gas station. That is no way to treat a customer. Poor customer service from management. Tellers are very nice though

Stephanie Stevenson1The other day I waited for an hour woke my friend spoke to the banker. They refused to allow me bathroom access. Today, she was doing business with the same banker and he told me I couldn't eat my lunch in the building. Its in the 90 outside and I'm a diabetic.

Dan Rogers5Although this is a busy branch, the employees were very courteous. Kudos to Christina for not just multitasking, but being very attentive and kind to every customer. She is a real asset to BB&T

Jason Gaver5I drive past other BB&T branches to visit this one. The staff is friendly and is always eager to help me with any and all of my banking needs. I do all of my business and personal banking with BB&T, and specifically this branch.
