  These folks are princes in an industry of dragons. Highly skilled, professional and honorable— hands down the first Bail bonding company to use in Wilmington and Bolivia should you need their services. They are honest and truly seem to desire to help their fellow man. Whether it’s SCRAM GPS or SCRAM CAM or any of the other monitoring devices they offer, they should be your first stop. As outside-the-box thinkers, these guys save taxpayers while working to keep people out of jail. Whether it is writing bail or chasing bad guys they stand out and alone.

  Amazing customer service, Rob answered our call and was doing our paper work while we waited to be processed in. He sat with us and waited for us to be released. Hearing his assuring words were exactly what I needed to hear at a low point in my life. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

  I was having a less the wonderful day needless to say. Long story short, I ended up spending the night in jail. My roommate found "Off the Hook Bail Bonds." When one leaves jail, regardless if you are guilty or not and require a bond, you have enough shame and worry that can last you a lifetime. These guys were terrific! Robert was the one that showed up and helped me and my roommate. He was genuine, helpful, explained everything, referenced a top notch attorney in town to help me out, and gave me his card so I could reach him 24 hours a day for any questions or concerns I may have in the near future. Walking out into the waiting room I didn't know what to expect. I left the jail feeling like I had a few people on my side and life was not as bad as I made it seem. This company was spectacular and I am so glad that my roommate found them. Thank you for all that you have done for me "Off the Hook." You were truly appreciated!!!!

  These guys are righteous. As soon as I got a call out to them they were there very quickly, and got me out of there most expeditiously. I hope I don't ever have to call them again, but would definitely recommend them to anyone who does! Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. 10/10!

  Unfortunately, I recently needed a bail-bondsman for my 21 y/o son. I found Off The Hook on line and called them around 6:30 in the morning. Chad was great! He answered the phone (without it going to voicemail). He was very professional, personable, and reassuring. He walked me through the process, got his kids off to school, and was at the jail to post bond by 8am. Getting a 4am phone call from the police department is every parent's nightmare. Chad made the situation a little less stressful. Thanks for your help, Chad!!!

  AMAZING SERVICE!! WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING WE EXPECTED!! If there were more stars to highlight, we would...Chad was highly professional, knowledgeable, and customer service driven. One of our children got into trouble in Wilmington, and we found ourselves calling bail bondsmen randomly in the middle of the night. Chad was THE ONLY one who answered the phone...and thank goodness he did. We knew we were in good hands from the very beginning. He had all of the necessary forms for us to sign (we were in another part of the state) and he kept us updated throughout the day. He managed our painful family situation with extreme competence, professionalism, and we just can't thank him enough...don't waste your time with any of the other bondsmen out there...Chad from "Off The Hook" is...   Off the hook was a great deal of help to my family and I.   My son was arrested out of state on some pretty serious charges out of state. No one would touch him but Off the Hooks came by after the first call. They took great care of us. It was a fast and easy process and also learned a few things. 5 stars
