  Refused to loan money on item I purchased from sister store in next city. Manager rude, and banned me from store because I dropped extremely heavy item to floor. I told him to just keep the item, which I purchased for > than $62.00, and return it too other though store I purchased it from. Item was too heavy for me to lift and carry to original sister store in next city away. I was only asking for small loan on item THEY were willing to sell to public, but found it not worth ANY value to loan money on. They still have another item of mine on loan, but after I pick that up, I am banned from store. That's fine with me, because I found another shop,(NOT PAWN USA), that loaned me more money on an item that PAWN USA would allow. All turned out well, as I found shop that offers loan values. Shame on Pawn USA!

  Ms Lewis this story is not totally accurate. You came in for a loan on an amp and we quoted you a price which you were happy with. When we went to test the amp no sound came out along with a few volume knobs that had been broken off. Realizing the amp wasn't working properly we obviously couldn't take it. I politely offered to take the item to your car that you carried in because of how heavy it looked, but you declined my assistance. We didn't ban you from the store, we simply said we didn't want to take any more items from you due to the scene you caused in the store. Your amp is still here that you left waiting for you to pick up.

  I brought in 2.5 grams of gold certified by the P.A.M.P and the bank of Switzerland with ID numbers and a QR code leading to the veriscan bullion identification security system, and the lady said, and I quote; “I can’t see it listed online for more than 200, best I can go is 40” it’s a 180 dollar piece of gold. Don’t bring gold here they will try to scam you.

  I read all the reviews and I think they have the wrong store. I've only been in once, but the employees where nice and attentive. I asked for the manager he came out with in seconds friendly and professional. The store is also well organized. I sold a pair of broken 10k gold earrings and an old 14k got $40 for them. Prices are fair and well thought out.

  Straight up guys, along with quality service and products. Over the past few months I’ve puchased a couple computer monitors, a sound bar & TV, and a couple guns. I have had no issues with anything I’ve purchased, and the guys in the store have been nothing but helpful.

  Best Pawn Shop in the Area! Be sure to stop in and see their selection of tools, jewelry, guns and more! Sean is my GO TO guy but the rest of the staff is great! Pay them a visit and you wont be disappointed!

  These people don't seem to know anything about jewelry at all. I brought in a diamond ring and they said before using a diamond tester that my certified diamond, mind you I had the certificate in hand was a "moissanite." When they used their diamond tester, of course it should the two times they used it that it is an actual diamond. Then they said they didn't know enough about it. That seemed odd to me. Guess they thought a 1.71 carat to too large to be true.

  Worst pawn shop I have ever been in. Tried bringing in a brand new 3ds with two games to get a loan on and they said the most they could do is 15 bucks. Pathetic. It's a rip off. So many other pawn shops out there that offered me 90 on a loan. Just had to drive a little further. Trust me, it's worth the drive. This place is trash.

  Drove from Wilmington to check this place out. Had a great experience. They had a big inventory and were very knowledgeable. Both Sean and Lindon had great service and made sure I Walked out with a wonderful Deal $$$ ! Thanks guys!

  PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE SECOND HALF OF THE RATING/SCORE!!! THERE WAS NOTHING "FAIR" ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. I bought an XBOX 360 from this place and when i got it home it didn't work.So I called back to the store and was basically told "Tough Luck". When I said "Is this how you operate? I buy something that you sell as working and it doesn't and you don't even care", the Manager's response is " I don't have to argue with you!!!" Any "store" or "business" as they like to call themselves, that's ok with selling broken/low quality products isn't a "store", it's a flea market.
