      All of our information says drive-through is open till 6 PM on Friday. Got there at 5:03 Man refused to take my deposit told me he was closed

      I parked here 8 mins before they opened and their employee was being all wierd and asked me to leave…. Taking my buisness elsewhere, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life

      The Palencia branch has had a long history of high turnover. In the nine years my business has been working with BB&T we have seen approx five different branch managers and countless hourly employees. Recently we were informed that they would now be putting two week holds on our clients checks due to several overdrafts during a downtime in the market from hurricane Irma. This combined with the astronomical fees they automatically charge for everything has led me to leave this review. IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER you will not want to do business with this bank. Definitely not this branch. We are moving our 2.5 million dollar business to Harbor Bank because they want our business.

      Kimberly Graybill is one outstanding employee with a heart of Gold. All of them were very professional and nice. From the time we walked in to take care of some banking until accounts were made. I cant beleive anyone would give this branch low stars. Everyone has bad days and good days.
