  Each and every time I visit this location I have an issue. I call in advance to make a change order for my business and each time I go in, they say they never got a call. There is no communication between employees. Why have a drive through, if you constantly, and very rudely, tell your customers that they have to come inside. The old BB&T staff was way more professional.

  Worst experience ever never thought I'd say bb&t or PNC was better lady at the counter couldn't even do simple math for change of 100 bill in to some 5s 10s and quarters

  Staff is rude, unprofessional, they do not have internal communication therefore making a simple transaction difficult.

  Stopped by at 9AM on Jan. 5th 2015 to withdraw cash from ATM. The machine went through the motion of reading my card, accepting my PIN, counting the cash, BUT DID NOT DISPENSE CASH. I went inside the branch to inform the staff of the malfunction and to get my money. I ended up withdrawing the same amount for a second time (per BB&T books, only once real cash in my hands) When the second customer walked in behind me with the identical problem, I told them they ought to use common sense and put up a sign at ATM to inform the customers of the malfunction. I was told "Not to cope an attitude" Customers - are are warned - do you use this branch

  Very friendly and courteous staff. Stayed after hours to help me when I managed to duck in the door one minute before closing.
