  Lauren Carroll Was very respectful and very helpful. She handled my problems in a timely manner and then helped me some more. I recommend this location I have gone to other locations but this has been the most helpful and I will continue to business with them. I recommend everyone coming to this location. Thank you BB&T for all your help!

  Never enough tellers on duty!!! The other employees are in offices doing nothing it looks like and you wait forever it seems to get help. I worked in banking for ten years and this would never have happened nor been tolerated. We didn't have computers to help either. I like the convenience of location but I get tired of waiting and waiting to be helped. The staff is nice but this bank needs more employees especially at peak hours. Frustrating wait and takes forever to do business makes the two star rating.

  Says online you guys close at 1pm on Saturdays, went at noon and it was already closed, you people need to update your times.

  Arrived at this branch just over an hour before closing time. There were 2 people ahead of me to see the only banker on duty at the time. While waiting a man walked in looking for Sarah, an employee at this branch. Turns out this employee was out on lunch for the last hour of business. What type of business morale is this? Anyways Gloria Uddley took care of us. She was the sweetest lady ever. She is the perfect example of a dedicated and customer oriented employee. 5 stars for her.

  Worst bank in town. Its Friday afternoon and they only ever have 1 teller, which is frustrating for everyone that uses this bank. I'm just going to go to a new bank and say pass to this inconvenience of a system. I'm not having it anymore. I would have given no stars. That's what they deserve.

  I can't check my credit card with Citi Bank any more online since BBT bought them out. I have tried to call the local BBT bank by phone but it doesn't answer. I have called Citi bank several time and spent hours on the phone trying to get this fixed, but can't get it fixed. I was told BBT did not buy out Citi Banks credit cards. This is very troublesome to me and hope someone can figure out what needs to be done!

  Never have change. They send me to the drive thru . Other days drive thru does not have change... Send me inside the building.. Something is wrong with this.

  There's a Hella long time to wait for 2 people in the lobby, and 3 employees... smmfh
