  I called today and head the pleasure of having Maggie as my technician. she was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. she assisted me with patience and concern for my issues. she made me feel as though my problem was as important to her as it was to me. so glad I had this experience hopefully, I did not irritate her with my seemingly Petty concerns. thank you mtcu for having such a delightful employee.sincerely, Curtis Brown

  I had an issue recently with my account freezing up and it was when I needed access immediately. This event occurred on a Thursday at closing time when the credit union was closing for the evening. I’m a teacher and this meant I wouldn’t be able to do anything with my account till Friday after 4pm due to my schedule. I attempted to notify the credit union by their texting link on their website. Naturally I was told that they closed at 5pm. I passionately appealed to anyone that was available through their chat services and thankfully there was yet some agents whom mercifully replied and called me. They immediately attempted to assist me and even found the right individual to correct the issues which were multiple. I’m grateful that I’m a member with the credit union and have been for over a decade and longer. I was very stressed and they calmed me and helped to calm me down and fix an issue that was neither one of our faults but a third party’s. Forever grateful!

  I have banked here for a while and it is a great bank with the major exception of the mobile banking app & website. More often than not it is down and unavailable.MTCU please get with the times it’s 2022 invest in having an app that doesn’t crash every single time your members try to access it

  I used the chat feature to get help with resetting my password. The person I talked to was very helpful. We were having trouble resetting so she called me on the phone. Excellent customer service!

  Not a bad credit union to bank with. I have been with them for 4-5 years. Only problem I’ve ever had is their online banking constantly going down. Seems like it’s down more than it’s actually up. You can tell that they refuse to put money into updating the online banking. If there’s a local credit union I would recommend if you do a lot of online banking, transfers, etc. is MyCommunity. They never seem to have problems with their online banking, and it’s actually modernized.

  Mtcu is so helpful for loans I’ve used a lot of places and this is the best hands down. All of their staff are super sweet and super helpful. They processed loans super fast and we’re so helpful. I enjoy their online banking also and they have convenient locations.

  I was having issues logging into my account. I started to panic when I started to get unfamiliar security questions. I text chat but it was after hours. Around 8:30am someone responded. Let me know that they had ran a system update and had a lot of technical difficulties. They kept me posted that they were still working on it and even reached out when issues were fixed to make sure I was able to log in and access my account. Thank you MTCU!
