  DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH FOR ANY TYPE OF LOAN! I have been dealing with an absolute nightmare since September because of how bad Derick Cooper fouled up my loan. I've wasted countless hours on the phone trying to resolve the matter and nobody at this branch wants to do their job. Its been awful... Worst banking experience of my life by far.

  The bankers are the nicest people ever! I love going in and chatting with the staff, they definitely care about their customers. I rarely have to wait to see a teller which is always good because I’m in and out. I definitely recommend this branch!

  Count your money, they won't. I don't complain a lot, but when it happens twice in 3 weeks by different people- you start to wonder if you should drive over to the next town to go to the bank....I liked it at first, the bankers are friendlier than most, but they really need to pay closer attention. I don't have time to straighten out issues like this.
