  We have gone through two refinances with Steve and his team and have nothing but positive things to say. Steve always kept us in the loop and was always up front and honest - he will not have you go through the process if it is not in your best interest or worthwhile. He was always available to answer questions and responded immediately. We are now saving $350/month on payments since going through our refinances. The Rinaldi Group is your go-to mortgage company!

  Steve and the Rinaldi Group team are exceptional. They have a strong network of mortgage lenders, and will get you exceptional rates and terms. They are a 24/7 type service and will pick up the phone at any time to help with any stressors of the mortgage lending process. It's the exact type of dependency that any prospective homebuyer needs during an otherwise very stressful process. Rinaldi's commitment to the client and rapid service make his firm world-class. I would personally recommend the group to anyone buying a home in the greater-Philadelphia area.

  With the market being crazy, we needed a mortgage broker who was a “go-getter” and would do everything possible to make us the best offer. The first time we sat down we Steve, he broke down every little detail possible on what was needed to be the best offer and every possible solution to any issue or roadblock that would prevent us from that, I knew immediately Steve was who we needed and had full trust in him. With Steve’s magic and help, the first offer we placed on the first house we looked at and loved was accepted, which is unheard of for this market. Because the sellers wanted this process to be a fast close, Steve had to close in less than 30 days, I believe 23 to be exact. Any other broker would of told us no way, but Steve did it without any issues and kept us in the loop every step of the way to make sure we would close on time. The Rinaldi Group works tirelessly all day into the late hours of the evening to make sure you are comfortable in every process of purchasing a house and treat you like family, not like just another customer. I would highly recommend using the Rinaldi Group in home purchasing and refinancing.

  Steve and the Rinaldi Group made refinancing as easy as possible. Steve talked me through the entire process, explaining my payment structure and details of the loan in terms that were easy to understand. The portal made uploading all of my documents simple, and if I ever had questions Steve and his team responded with urgency. I would absolutely recommend working with the Rinaldi Group!

  All I can say is WOW!!! Steve, Amanda were the biggest help going through the process of closing my home.! Steve worked his magic and got me into my dream home and with the best rate I was quoted. I had many phone calls and questions and both Steve and Amanda were VERY responsive to my help and needs. It could of been 10pm at night and they both would answer me. I LOVE THE FACT that they all were professional, great help, realistic, and most of all caring to what I could afford/do for my dream home. Working with the three of them was pleasant, It seemed like they were family that I didn't know I had. Overall experience with Rinaldi Group deserves more than a 5 star rating.!   The group at this business is unbelievably awesome. They are still people down to earth and show genuine interest in someone’s well being. The instructions they give you are clear they walk you through the process of getting a loan and they make sure to cross their T’s and dot their I’s. Steve himself is one hell of a person as well. Being the owner he went out of his way and made sure I understood what’s going on. Being a family man himself reached out to me when my daughter was sick for a month to make sure she was ok. On top of also calling to talk about the falling through of my home that was for sale that suddenly fell through the day before settlement. That kind of personality is scarce and I would definitely recommend him and his business to anyone I know.
