  The Chris Swartz team was absolutely phenomenal. From the time I was pre-qualified with them, they consistently followed up to see how my search was going and if I needed any help. The team beat out competitors by offering me a lower interest rate (saving me approx $100/mo on my mortgage) and overall lower service fee (saving me approx $1,000 at closing). In addition, they were able to process my loan in 9 days from start to finish so I could meet my closing date. There are a lot of options out there, but Chris and his team genuinely care about their clients and have their best interest at heart - rare to find in this business.

  This is the 2nd time I've used the The Christopher Swartz Mortgage Team at First Choice Mortgage Advisors and I can't strongly recommend them enough. The entire process was flawless and communication was consistent throughout. I really appreciate that after starting the process of my refinance that they were able to quickly pivot and take advantage an even lower rate than what I originally had applied for. I wouldn't have known that rates had gone even lower if they hadn't let me know about it. I absolutely believe they always acted in my best interest and because of that I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if I ever need another mortgage.

  We've worked with Chris and his team in obtaining our mortgage and then refinancing our mortgage when rates went down. Chris and his team not only worked tirelessly to find us the best mortgage rate, but also advocated for us with potential sellers and promptly responded with answers to all of our questions. They were proactive in alerting us to refinancing potential and thorough in explaining the benefits and options. We will be going back to them in the future, for sure!

  I would highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone. My realtor (a close friend) said the same thing to me, and I am glad that I trusted his word. My wife and I were between Keystone and one bigger company, and Chris fought hard to earn our business. This involved frequent talks with Chris and his staff about rates, deadlines, and random questions. One member of Chris's team (Renee) was particularly helpful in answering every little question I had about the mortgage process. Chris saw the whole process through, as he attended settlement (most lenders would not do this). Chris offers competitive rates, clear and helpful guidance, and passion for his work. If you are like me and you know very little about the mortgage process, go with Chris and Keystone Funding so that you get the support you need to avoid the unnecessary stress.

  Chris and his team were awesome to work with! This was my first home and I heard horror stories about the mortgage process. I kept waiting for the hard part and it never came. They were excellent at letting us know what was going on. They had an online tracker and also made weekly phone calls to give an update. I would absolutely recommend them.

  When our bank was unresponsive, Chris was recommended to us. He immediately made himself available to talk through all of our options. We were on a first name basis with his team and had all of their cells. It was not uncommon for Shannan to call to check in and see how we were doing to make sure everything was perfect for our close. Despite coronavirus, our settlement could not have gone smoother because of this team. Thank you so much for helping turn two first timers into homeowners!
