  I had 2 mortgages and was paying a hefty monthly payment, with it only getting bigger with the taxes going up. I had tried to refinance on my own, reaching out to a credit union, as well as my own mortgage company. They made the process difficult, and the possibility of a refinance impossible. I decided to get a mortgage broker and was lucky to find Ken Pitts. I was contacted within a few days, and Jackie Stenta took charge immediately. Her knowledge, expertise, and eagerness to help me and get me the best deal, was above and beyond anything I could've imagined. We closed just before Christmas. I now have one mortgage, with an amazing rate, and am paying so much less than before. This experience has been a life-changer, and I would tell anyone to use Ken Pitts. Thank you to the whole team!

Ken absolutely gave us the most clear presentation when we were interested in refinancing and was always available when we had questions or concerns about the loan or the process. I never had to wonder what was going on with my loan, because I was kept updated throughout. Ken is friendly and his team does high quality work.   I would 100% recommended Ken’s team. I actually did give his info to one of my friends since they are looking to buy a house. The whole process was easy and the team kept me informed. Jackie and Kim kept me updated through out the whole process. Ken answered all the questions I asked right away. Ken got me approved quickly and it was smooth. I used another company a couple of years back and it was horrible. Im so happy within couple of weeks they had me approved for a mortgage. I would use Ken’s team again if I ever choice to buy another house.
