  It hasn't even been a year yet, im not bashing the location. They are really nice, but please watch your money, they are giving out overdraft fees like its Christmas. I mean you can have money processing and see its processing with a positive balance but the overdraft can hit first. Before your money does, call customer service and they say the same thing. Then hit you with since account hasn't been open more then 12 months. We can not offer a courtesy waive... SMH. WHAT. Watch your money 💰

  Take your funds and banking business and RUN to another bank . The service resembles BBT poor service but only got worse . Spent 45 minutes to get a cashiers check because multiple people needed to sign and the banker is busy. Tellers are new and not efficient. Alway line for tellers or a banker . I used to be happy with SunTrust, now the bank fees and late fees on credit cards , cashiers checks are really bad for the bank mistake , their system is really missed up . Take me advice . Any other bank could not possibly be worse

  I do believe this combination of the two banks has to help. But I am for sure going to close my account on suntrust side. When you call customer service you get told 2 different things by 2 different people. When you cash a check doesnt matter if it's a SunTrust check or not you cant get your money till the next day? That's ludicrous if I wanted to wait for my money to be in my account then I would have waited to cash the check. What if you are like most Americans and live paycheck to paycheck with just slightly a little over and you get paid on friday the payment for something is taken out on Friday because that is your payday? Well your payment will not go through or you are charged overdraft fees even though your money is in the bank just not in your account.

  This bank likes to steal money and label it as an overdraft fee. Almost every week for the past 2-3 months, this bank has charged me a fee for there negligence. I follow my account to the nine and still i get charged. They keep saying ”make sure you watch your available balance only” and thats what I always do bit it always fails. It took me physically going into a branch for them to know that they were stealing. I could tell it in there faces when they looked through my account, they immediately credits at me account and said don’t worry we’ll take care of it and we’ll call you with an explanation as to why it’s what I’m doing is wrong. Still waiting on that phone call for about 2 weeks now. Needless to say, I am withdrawing everything today and closing my accounts with SunTrust for good.

  I came here for the first time about a year ago. I went into the bank and Regino Vera helped me. Every since that he has helped with my accounts and went above and beyond for me. I really do appreciate his efforts and how genuinely nice he has been to me. He’s a great person and a great employee.

  The worst bank I have ever had. They take your money and say you over draft when you have proof you did not!!!! I will never have this bank again. Beware!!!
