  We had an excellent experience with Jennifer Wright at Atlantic Bay! We initially used a large lender but were disappointed with the customer service. A co-worker recommended this company, and it was an easy process. They provided a competitive rate and were able to process the loan very rapidly.

  Jennifer Wright with Atlanta Bay is not the lady you want telling u a mortgage is possible because I bet you it will only cost u all the fees that come with purchasing a home. She told my future Son in Law and my daughter they were Definitely getting the home the chose and went forward ordering appraisals,inspections even title search! Then two weeks before closing she said ops... you don’t qualify! Now she says they are responsible for paying all these people for their services!!! I believe Jennifer Wright is responsible and should have to pay these fees. After all had she not said the loan was gonna go through there wouldn’t be all these fees! Stay clear of this Woman people! Please learn from my children’s hard lessons!

  We try to refinance our house. It has been 3 weeks and I try to call Jennifer and left her 2 message to call me back to see how our loan went. She never call me back or answer call. If my refinance went through this place I will never recommend Atlanta bay. Specially at this location. Who ever try to get their house refinance dont go to this location.

  I have purchased 2 homes through Atlantic Bay...both purchases went smoothly and were handled in very timely manner! They will do anything they can to speed the process up and get you into your new home as fast as possible!

  Complete waste of time and money, we extended 14days on the contract and renegotiated several times to make it work out and still did not get my house. Also very bad communication with me, lawyer and realtor. We knew nothing until it was too late then she acted like it was everyone’s else’s fault and I never even received an apology. I have three kids and this 60 day mess really put a back set on my family. Lost 500$ And had to drive 1 hour round trip anytime I wanted to contact her for 2 mins. She reassured me the entire time that it was gong to work out to not worry and then when I fixed any hiccups that she needed and she said this is all we need to close then come to find out it was just a scheme to drag time out further. Also as the process went on my interest rate went up several times as did other things. Had no regards about making sure I was on track or how this was going to effect my family. Jennifer wright specifically. So if you actually want to buy a house and it’s your first time don’t go here at all.
