  I have had an extremely positive experience with BB&T and the banker, Manny Muñiz. Manny is very professional, patient, friendly, and responsive. If possible, I will give them more than five stars because of Manny’s services.

  I used to work for BB&T and this branch is an embarrassment to the company. Can’t believe they stay open. Have tried multiple times to get my new credit card thru them since they never sent my new one once the old expired and the staff keep it SHORT- 4 people there have lied so far - that they will call me back after they look into why my card never arrived —- Bc they can’t find my new card that was to be mailed to them and only 1 person did- been a month now and still no card ... do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time at this branch.

  Nothing about this place inspires trust. One of the employees was particularly atrocious and I would not place an ounce of faith in this bank.
