  Brenda, Joy, Ginger, Crystal, and everyone else at the bank have all been SO amazing through this entire process!! It is difficult enough just to build a custom home, and usually one would think it will be difficult dealing with the construction loan, but not with City Bank. Everyone was so professional, yet so personable, and that means a lot!! I am very glad we took our builder's recommendation to go with City Bank. Thank you all!! :-)

  Brenda Williams made my first time home buying experience phenomenal! She patiently answered, in detail, each and every question I had about the loan process every step of the way! Her knowledge and expertise put my anxieties at ease. Her advice was spot on from helping me figure out when to purchase and get pre approved, all the way to knowing what to expect to happen after my loan closed!   I have used Brenda Williams for two home mortgages now. She is extremely thorough and her reputation for quality work precedes her throughout the town. Just closed on our second mortgage today and even the title lawyer commented that there’s less paperwork at closing because Brenda gets a lot of them signed beforehand. I like knowing that if Brenda says it will happen, everyone can trust her word. I’ll probably use her for the next mortgage too when that time comes. Thank you!

  My husband and I recently closed on a home in Bryan,TX and had the pleasure of working with Brenda Williams and her team for our mortgage financing. Brenda’s vast experience in the industry is quickly noticeable. Brenda is highly professional, knowledgeable, prompt and a pleasure to work with. She answers your questions with patience and is highly informative. We live out of town and we’re skeptical about using another bank instead of a local one close to us; however, Brenda made us feel quickly at ease. Only downside is we didn’t get to meet her in person. Someday! We’ll highly consider using City Bank again but only if Brenda comes with the deal.

  Five years ago when I was in need of a special type of mortgage, I was advised to seek the help of Brenda Williams. It was excellent advice. Brenda had told me to contact her when the time came to refinance, so I did. Both experiences were very smooth and easy. Brenda, along with her colleagues, are absolutely the best.   We met with Brenda several months before pulling the trigger on our home, and as first time home buyers/builders, we really appreciated the time and patience Brenda took with explaining every detail we asked about (not to mention their interest rate was as good or better than anyone in town). Of all the parties involved in building a new home, City Bank Mortgage (specifically Brenda Williams and JoLynn) was consistently the most proactive and most prepared. We were never waiting on them to send a disclosure or document, and they were always proactive in reminding us of the things we had due several weeks beforehand. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks to anyone looking for a lender!
